Java Surf
Java is the capital island of Indonesia with miles of coastline,
and years ago Mount Krakatau Volcano exploded and from this wipped up some tidal waves that lashed the west coast and caused disaster.
But time has passed and Java now produces some of the best surf terrain on offer.
Panaitan Island, One Palm Point is truly a goofie foots heaven with its long thick barrels, spilling down the reef,
but be careful the reef is unforgiving. On the mainland Java, down the coat you come to Pelabuhan Ratu,
this region offers abundance of surf, Cimaja, Indicators and Samudra.
Just a few hours more down the coast you’ll come to Ujung Genteng National Park,
Ombak Tujuh and Turtles on arrival you will find accommodation to rest your traveling body and have a cold Bintang.
G-Land Surf
G- Land or Grajagan on the South coast of Java, offers a wave of a life time with it’s long barreling sections,
truly this place is a surfers paradise.
Early guru Jerry Lopez and Bobby Radiasa came to this magical place in the early 70’s
and now days he has set up a surf camp, this place should be on everybody’s surf destination.
