Lombok Surf
Lombok, this beautiful island is 10 years behind Bali with it’s panoramic
views, secluded bays and jagged rock mountains.
Traveling around this place is truly a buzz and the Sasaks people are so
friendly.
This island has one of the highest mountains in Indonesia Rinjani 3.726
meter’s high so if you’re fit, try climbing it one day. The views are
breathtaking.
Also it’s known for its great surf, one spot in particular, is Desert Point
it’s rated as the best left on earth. The wave is a machine and offers long
barrels. South Lombok has an abundance of good surf.
Surf Breaks: Belongas Bay, Mawun, Mawi, Kuta, Air Guling, Sigar, Grupuk and
Eka's Bay.
And when the surf gets big the Gili Island produce waves too also you can
party on the island of the Gili Trawangan backpacker’s heaven.
